1. Refund & Return Policy
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at harwerky@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at harwerky@proton.me with photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned.
EU / UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition.
